I recently tutored a high school senior, about eight hours in total, to prepare her for the math ACT exam. She wants to become a nurse but was told by the nursing college, after her first ACT, that she needed to improve her math score. I’ve seen this young woman helping a disabled student; I know she’ll be a wonderful nurse. –Pat Hays, Alex’s father.
